www.kepier.org (and, as it happens, www.kepier.org.uk) is the location of the fourth version of my homepage. If you really want to know why, the (boring) answer's sitting over at kepier.co.uk.

The page was originally little more than a few links and a picture of Gromit. Whereas now it's little more than a lot of links and a few excuses for contents such as this page, but at least this time it doesn't break Netscape quite as badly as it used to (and I get to practise my html). Of course, there are still no frames... and there never will. Be. :)
